Extra Pictures of Variations
SR Rosie Variations~ I ordered these 3 others from D & H Custom Designs as on the website they looked darker than my Rosie. Sure enough as it turns out they were a Variation made for this Stone Dealer in a run of 18-24 Only!
My original SR Rosie is shown as the lighter one, with a darker chestnut to her left and then 2 lighter chestnuts on the far left end.
RR Braveheart Variation~ this guy was a Reg. Run made in 2003 as a very red chestnut. The RR model is shown in these pics on the left side.I hand picked mine from about 12-15 'red' versions. I 'accidently' purchased the 2nd one from ebay as he was a showring winner! The model on the right side in both pics is the Variation. He has almost no red shading whatsoever but deep coppery chestnut coloring.
Please Note* This Braveheart Variation has metallic copper highlights over his entire body!

These are not exactly variations but do show you the difference between the annual runs from Dad's Toys since they had all been dapple greys.
All four were created for the Mayfest event held every year in Shipshewana IN.The first 2, made for 2000 & 2001 look very similiar to each other with only slight differences being the color of the bobs/ribbons
These are 3 different shades of dappled grey on the Noel Model.Starting from right to left is a light dappled grey, middle is a medium dappled grey and the far left is a darker dappled grey.
Here is a head shot of the 3 variations.Although the middle one is the medium grey of the 3~it has the lighter shaded facial markings.
